This trade-only event features kosher foods and beverages, including grocery, bakery, deli, gourmet, diet, dairy, confectionery, frozen, refrigerated, and fish; specialty kosher ingredients; and equipment and supplies. Attendees represent a cross-section of the food industry - retailers, distributors, wholesalers, restaurateurs, caterers, hospitals and institutions. Co-located with Expo Comida Latina and the new All Asia Food Expo in 2004.
