Design Your Display To Sell

Now that you have set your objectives for the show, your next action item is to choose the right display, so your company will stand out and attract your targeted audience.

Below are some tips and resources to help you find the best display option for your purposes.

  1. Decide whether to rent or buy your display.
Read the pdf  “Rent or Buy Your Display”  to help you weigh the pros and cons of renting vs. buying.

  2. Study the rental displays and custom-built displays Freeman offers.
Click www.freemanco.com, then click on "Exhibitor Services," then click on "Exhibit Design" for a gallery of custom-built displays and click on "Exhibit Rental" for photographs of rental display options.

  3. Rent a display (some include the furnishings) in your Exhibitor Service Manual by contacting Freeman Decorating at customersupport@freemanco.com or by phoning 888.508.5054.
Ask about "Rental Exhibits" and "Total Flex" for various styles of displays at various price points.

  4. Consider buying a portable display.
Click on www.nimlok.com or www.skyline.com for ideas, photographs and additional
    information.

  5. For more pointers on an effective trade-show display, download and review these resources (pdfs):

Susan Friedmann's "Tips on Exhibit Design"

Allen Konopacki's "Does Your Exhibit Have the Correct Sales Floor Plan?"

Skyline Display's "Design For Functionality" and "Design For Marketing Communications"
